Alex Bestfather
is the President and Owner of Jad Vent Distributors.

He began his career at Jad Vent when he started working for his father-in-law, Don Burgess as a Salesman. Alex's natural sales ability and love of the Agricultural Business contributed to his success and when Don decided it was time to retire, Alex naturally filled the position. Alex lives just outside of Ayr, Ontario. He enjoys living in the country and loves outdoor activities. Some of his favourite past times include; biking, fishing, camping, hiking and spending time on the farm. Alex has been married for 30 years to his wife, Debbie and they have 3 children; Laura, Christopher and John. He believes that Quality of Service is the key to Jad Vent's 30 years of success.

Doris Bailey is our Office Admin and is the friendly voice you will hear on the phone when you call in. Doris was originally born and raised on a farm outside St. Mary's and now resides in Stratford. She has two grown children of her own, Aileen and Alex. She has returned to school part time to further her education and enjoys ballroom dancing in her leisure time.

Francis Leinhart has been Jad Vent's Warehouseman for 6 years. He is responsible for making sure all the shipments go out on time, organizing the truck loads, and amazingly can answer any questions on the numerous product parts that the rest of us can't get straight! Francis lives in St. Clements and enjoys repairing computers and carpentry in his spare time. His "jack-of-all-trades" ability is a definite asset at the office.

Charlie Welch has been working at Jadvent since August 2007 and drives the "Big Truck" on our Delivery Routes. Charlie lives in Branford with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys football and spending time with his family.

Mike McCauley lives near Trenton Ontario, close to the family farm. He lives with his wife Leslie, and daughter Georgia. Mike enjoys most outdoor activities and spending free time with family. Mike's favourite part about working at Jad-Vent is definitely the people, both co-workers and Customers alike!
